Treasured antiques and vintage collectables that will make you smile.
This decanter was designed in 1973 by John Nickerson and is design number 7320. It measures 12" to the top of the stopper. The base is a wonderful coloring of red and yellow, known by Blenko as tangerine. Others may call this coloring amberina. The stopper is crystal and very heavy, reminding you of a paperweight. The stopper itself is 3 1/2" from the top to the part that inserts into the bottle decanter.
The glass is in very good condition, with very minor staining only the bottom of the decanter, that needs to be held to the light to be seen. No chips, cracks or fleabites. The stopper is ground as is the inside neck of the decanter and the stopper sits firmly. A pontil is on the bottom. Heavy for its size.
