SOLD Los Castillo Taxco Ram Pin Brooch Vintage Silver

This wonderful ram's head pin or brooch is a great example. Part of their Onix Negro line (sterling silver inlaid with an amalgam of black stone).
It measures 1 1/4" long, 1" wide and is 1/8" thick. The ram is in silver inlaid into the stone. The edge is also silver.
The clasp is firm and works easily and is secure. The back is marked: 28 ONIX NEGRO Los Castillo Taxco ( in a circle surrounding their trademark eagle) Hecho in Mexico (made in Mexico).
In good condition with some tarnish.
