This is a signed JOMAZ vintage jelly belly and rhinestone bird brooch. Jomaz pieces are by Joseph Mazer. This one features Persian-blue lucite cabochons and hand set pave rhinestone clear crystal flowers with emerald-green centers. The bird's jelly belly is OPENBACKED. There is also a huge carved jade green color open backed cabochon. It has yellow gold tone findings .

CONDITION: Excellent. No missing or dead stones! Highest quality JOMAZ.

SIZE: 2" long.

HISTORY: JOMAZ jewelry was founded by Joseph Mazer and his brother Lewis in 1927. They used a variety of different marks. The JOMAZ mark was used between 1946-1981.
