This piece of art has a creamy colored mate finish. The highly rococo edge has been sponge painted with gold. The artist has painted beautiful spidery lilac flowers for the main design of this piece. He has encased them with soft yellow green foliage and an occasion small lilac colored flower. For such a bold shaped piece the flowers soften it out perfectly. There are no hairlines or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc
