This is just a beautiful and delicate looking piece with the lovely little hand painted pink floral swags. This item is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or crazing. I couldn't make out the name of the factory in the mark. It does have some very tiny glaze pops on the inside and a little use mark on the inside rim. Not much for a piece this old, with minimal gilding loss. I date this lovely piece to the early 1900s. The bowl measures 7 1/2" wide and is 3" deep, it measures 5" high to the top of the finial with the lid on. This is sure to look wonderful on your table.
