A fabulous antique European white metal cigarette case, with a stunning hand painted vitreous enamel image depicting two British bulldogs - with astounding detail, realism and incredible personality. With sprung button closure and one elastic retainer.

Wow - highly unusual, totally original - fabulously collectable!

CONDITION: All original and very good. Slight signs of wear to metal, tiny amount of 'nibbling' to lower enamel edge and some surface scratches - nothing awful.

DEFECTS: None.

DATE/MARKS: Around 1910/20. Not marked.

DIMENSIONS: 3 ½ x 3 inches (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.

WEIGHT: Approx. 118.1 grams.
