"The Ship Builder", the fourth plate in the limited-edition Rockwell Heritage Collection --- the first series to pay tribute to the unique panoramic history of life in Twentieth Century America which has been painted by Norman Rockwell.

Complete with the original box, Certificate of Authenticity, and a four page leaflet about "The Ship Builder".

The plate measures just over 8-1/2" in diameter.

Condition: Plate and all papers are excellent, The box is soiled and has notes written on it.
