This is handbag Couture...what you would see on Sex and the City. This vintage fan shaped purse in mint condition is incredible and probably dates from the 40's or 50's. It is a large clutch style handbag in a deco style. It measures a very big and generous 19" x 9". Taupe (light brown) in color it is pleated glove leather with snakeskin insets. The front and back are identical. It opens and closes with a zipper. The inside is brown cotton and the silk tag states "Valerie". There is a zippered pocket inside. The bag has never been used and is in pristine condition. It's unusual, gorgeous and very practical as it is very roomy inside. This is a real find. Photos are not doing this purse justice, it's so much nicer in person. If you want contemporary style this handbag will do the trick!
