18K Victorian Diamond Locket

I have scoured the Internet and my books looking for a comparable locket. This beautiful piece was made especially for the father of its owner right here in Litchfield,CT. He was a special horseman and so this piece carried that theme. It is 2 1/4" by 1 1/2" and weighs and amazing 29.3 grams. The top has a riding crop with diamonds, a lead rope and horse shoe and the initial "P". The back has a beautiful horse shoe with 7 diamonds. The inside is pristine and the glass is in place for a beautiful picture. There are @.40CT TW of sparkling diamonds and the condition is exquisite. The only flaw is a small ding by the bezel.
