Store Wide Sale The Marked Sale Price Is "UP TO" 50% Off on over 1300 Antiques & Collectibles
A SIDE NOTE: Saying the restoration work was performed and actually performing the restoration work by a knowledgeable clock maker are two different issues. I was professionally trained as clockmaker over 35 years ago and sell only 100% Legitimate Antique Clocks in Mint to Excellent Restored condition.
The solid walnut case has no damage, repair or new wood. The case has been professionally refinished, rubbed out between coats and three coats of cabinet wax applied. The clock finish is very attractive with a warm semi gloss finish. The dial has been restored and aged on the original dated dial pan. It is difficult to tell that the dial was restored. The movement, pendulum, hands and wonderful etched glass are original to the case. The glass is perfect with the usual imperfections expected in the original acid etched glass. The glass is held in with the old putty. All brass parts have been polished and sealed. This is a rare American Victorian E. N. Welch wall clock. This clock has no negatives. All of my mechanical wind up clocks come with a complete detailed set of instructions specific to the clock. See photos. To purchase with MC or VISA please call Drury House Antiques, 802-824-4395 EST. We do all of our own packing and will work with you to get the best rate from UPS or USPS.
