Lively Dramatic Hand Wired Demi Parure

This demi parure consists of a choker necklace and clip earrings. The colors are vivacious. The set looks as if it might have come from the Middle East or India. Even though I have had it for a long time, I don’t know its origin.

The necklace has a chain made from some type of heavy material, or perhaps rope. Whatever the material is, it is covered in what appears to be a synthetic substance. Hanging from the chain are gold tone filigree balls. Accenting the filigree balls are clusters of very small hand wired orange/red beads at the top and the bottom. There eight of these designs hanging from the chain.

The clip on earrings are magnificent and make this set sensational. Tiers of hand wired small clusters of orange/red beads dangle from a gold tone rectangular piece. There is one cluster at the top and one at the bottom along with three at the center. The look is impressive, and powerful.

The necklace measured 16 1/2”. The earrings dangle 2”. This is a set that will not go unnoticed for sure!
