This sweet rare size Victorian aesthetic 10 1/4 " long x 8 1/4 " wide platter is transfer printed in luscious brown and then lavishly painted under glaze in various shades of brown, turquoise, green, ocher red and orange. A great visual concept.
The pattern features an oversized exotic leafy Palm trees on a tiny island with two large Egrets passing by. A spectacular Butterfly flits near the edge completes this great platter. The pattern displays the Victorian eras love of nature and the exotic.
