This gold colored cast iron frame is 12" tall and 9" wide & will hold a 4"x6" photo.
This 1800's frame can be hung on the wall or can set on your dresser. It has leaves and scrolls around the entire frame.
It dates to the Victorian era, around 1890. It has an easel back and does not contain the glass.
The frame is surrounded with the most amazing floral leaf design really unusual and highly decorative.
The frame is in excellent shape with no know defects except for the following-[see picture]There is what appears to be a casting defect that they repaired during the molding process. This is not visible nor does it detract in any way from this frames elegance!
